Haitian International | Injection Molding Machinery

What you’ll be doing:

1. Handle daily receipts and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Manage invoices related to payments (receipt, entry, review, safekeeping) and enhance invoice management systems.
3. Manage cash and bank accounts, performing fund transfers and settlements.
4. Prepare and maintain cash and bank journals.
5. Assist in preparing financial statements, such as the cash flow statement.
6. Handle banking transactions, including loans and letters of credit.

Who we are looking for:

1. Associate degree or above in Accounting or Finance.
2. At least 2 years of cashier or related experience; multinational experience is preferred.
3. Familiarity with local currency operations and banking processes.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in financial and office software.
