Serbia (Ruma), India (Chennai, Gujarat)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

1. Conduct market and competitor product technology research, tracking trends and independently designing core electrical components for injection molding machines.
2. Develop manufacturing platform machines suited to the local market, continuously optimizing product performance and configuration.
3. Implement new technologies, processes, and solutions in new machines.
4. Proficient in 3D design software and EPLAN for electrical design, with solid theoretical knowledge of electrical engineering.
5. Strong team collaboration skills.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
3. Familiarity with injection molding machines preferred.
4. English proficiency for professional communication.
