What you’ll be doing:

1. Establish the subsidiary’s accounting system and handle full-cycle accounting tasks.
2. Prepare and review the subsidiary’s financial statements, providing them to management and other relevant stakeholders.
3. Produce financial reports required by local regulations.
4. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary support.
5. Consolidate the subsidiary’s financial data for the parent company’s consolidated statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
6. Review and process payment requests.
7. Maintain positive relationships with government agencies (statistics, taxation, banking) and external institutions (accounting firms).
8. Organize budgeting processes and supervise implementation.
9. Strengthen the subsidiary’s financial organization capabilities, promote IT system development, and drive managerial improvements.

Who we are looking for:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of financial management experience; experience in multinational corporations is preferred.
3. Familiar with IFRS and local accounting standards.
4. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to use English as a working language.
