WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

1. Conduct market and competitor product technology research, tracking trends and independently designing core hydraulic components for injection molding machines.
2. Develop and optimize manufacturing platform machines tailored to local market demands.
3. Implement new technologies, processes, and solutions in new machines.
4. Proficient in 3D design software, with solid theoretical knowledge of fluid mechanics.
5. Strong team collaboration skills.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
3. Familiarity with injection molding machines preferred.
4. English proficiency for professional communication.
