Senior After-Sales Service Engineer

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

1. Install, commission, and repair electrical equipment following company standards and procedures.
2. Track and resolve all after-sales service issues, including equipment failures, repairs, and replacements.
3. Provide excellent customer service, understand client needs, and deliver satisfactory solutions.
4. Regularly report on equipment reliability and maintenance status, providing improvement suggestions.
5. Adapt to business travel requirements.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance and commissioning; after-sales experience preferred.
2. Proficient in electrical equipment principles and troubleshooting.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and service awareness to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Willingness and ability to travel for work.
6. Good spoken English.
