WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

1. Technical Support: Provide daily technical support and resolve issues encountered by employees with computers, networks, and related devices.
2. System Maintenance: Maintain the company’s servers, databases, and network systems to ensure stable and secure operations.
3. Security Management: Implement the company’s information security policies, including antivirus measures, protection against hacking, and prevention of data leaks.
4. Software Management: Manage the company’s software assets, including licenses, updates, and patch deployments.
5. Hardware Maintenance: Oversee procurement, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of computer hardware.
6. Project Support: Participate in planning, execution, and monitoring of IT-related projects to ensure timely completion.
7. User Training: Provide necessary IT training and guidance to employees to enhance their technical skills and work efficiency.
8. Documentation: Develop and maintain IT-related documentation, such as operation manuals, troubleshooting guides, and project reports.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of IT support or related work experience.
3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, common office software, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). Knowledge of information security principles (firewalls, encryption, access control).
4. Language Skills: Fluent English for effective communication with international teams and vendors; proficiency in Hindi or local languages is an advantage.
5. Problem-Solving: Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
6. Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills to work with different departments.
7. Continuous Learning: Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving IT environments.
8. Project Management: Capable of managing and executing IT projects.
9. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
10. Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and flexible in responding to change.
