WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Technical Support: Provide daily technical support and resolve issues encountered by employees with computers, networks, and related devices.
- System Maintenance: Maintain the company’s servers, databases, and network systems to ensure stable and secure operations.
- Security Management: Implement the company’s information security policies, including antivirus measures, protection against hacking, and prevention of data leaks.
- Software Management: Manage the company’s software assets, including licenses, updates, and patch deployments.
- Hardware Maintenance: Oversee procurement, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of computer hardware.
- Project Support: Participate in planning, execution, and monitoring of IT-related projects to ensure timely completion.
- User Training: Provide necessary IT training and guidance to employees to enhance their technical skills and work efficiency.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain IT-related documentation, such as operation manuals, troubleshooting guides, and project reports.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of IT support or related work experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, common office software, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). Knowledge of information security principles (firewalls, encryption, access control).
- Language Skills: Fluent English for effective communication with international teams and vendors; proficiency in Hindi or local languages is an advantage.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills to work with different departments.
- Continuous Learning: Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving IT environments.
