WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

1. Conduct research on market and competitor product technology, tracking trends and independently designing core mechanical components for injection molding machines.
2. Develop and optimize manufacturing platform machines tailored to local market demands.
3. Implement new technologies, processes, and solutions in new machines.
4. Proficient in 3D design software, with solid theoretical knowledge of mechanics and finite element analysis.
5. Strong team collaboration skills.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
3. Familiarity with injection molding machines preferred.
4. English proficiency for professional communication.
