WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Establish and enhance the company’s internal control system, covering finance, operations, compliance, and other areas.
- Conduct regular internal control self-assessments and audits, identifying potential risks and proposing improvements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations as well as the company’s internal control requirements; oversee tax compliance guidance and filings, including declarations, rebates, and advisory.
- Provide professional advice on internal control and risk management.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance for overseas subsidiaries.
Job Summary:
As a Trainee, you will undergo an extensive training program designed to equip you with a deep understanding of our operations and prepare you for a leadership role in one of three key areas: Technical, Marketing, or Supply Chain. This role offers exciting global career prospects, with potential opportunities to work in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Germany, Serbia, and beyond. In the initial phase, you will participate in a short-term training program at our headquarters in China, where you will receive hands-on experience and mentorship from industry experts.You will collaborate with experienced professionals and valuable industry insights to accelerate your career growth.
Multifunctional Specialist (3 options to choose):
Technical:
- Diagnose and fix issues with mechanical equipment and control systems.
- Help customers via phone, email, or on-site support.
- Create and execute maintenance plans for smooth equipment operation.
- Train users and team members on equipment use and maintenance, and maintain technical documentation.
Marketing:
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.
Supply Chain:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of supply chain operations.
- Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and optimize inventory levels.
