What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Acquire in-depth technical knowledge of the company’s products or services and stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ products, and technological advancements.
2. Understand and identify customers’ technical needs, master product technical details, and conduct effective demonstrations; develop solutions based on customer requirements.
3. Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients while maintaining existing customer relationships; expand the company’s market presence by participating in industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and networking events.
4. Manage the entire sales cycle, including pricing and negotiation, order processing and delivery, and post-sales support.
5. Gather market and customer feedback to provide insights for product improvement and development; collaborate with the product management team to ensure product development aligns with market demands.

Who We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with an understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics; ability to adapt to fast-changing technological environments and continuously learn new products and market information.
3. Strong ability to comprehend complex product and technical concepts, propose innovative solutions based on customer needs, and communicate clearly and effectively with both technical teams and non-technical clients.
4. Proficiency in the sales process, including lead generation, needs analysis, negotiation, and deal closure; ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
